SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
We have the facility to ship all of your orders to your doo step.
In terms of shipping charges currently our charges depend on the volume of your purchases.
All the orders will be delivered from 3-7 working days upon your order.
Tire 1. If you made purchase from PKR 1-2,000/- rupees there will PKR 200/- Shipping charges
Tire 2. If you made purchase from PKR 2,001-4,000/- rupees there will PKR 150/- Shipping charges
Tire 3. If you made purchase from PKR 4,001-6,000/- rupees there will PKR 100/- Shipping charges
Tire 4. Above PKR 6,000/- all shipments will be delivered free of shipping cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your are welcome to exchange your order if there was any issue in the order delivered i.e. damaged item, difference in color & size from your order.
1. All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase (Product should be in its original condition)
2. Defective products may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt
3. Undergarments, Accessories(artificial jewelers) and cosmetics once seal is opened cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
